When Deli Star decided to develop a premium line of pulled meat products they needed a brand and supplemental materials that conveyed the rustic simplicity of slow-cooking. A branded wood logo set the tone for the warm color palate and rich photography that conveyed the tender, flavor filled message of open flame slow-cooking. Ultimately, Deli Star launched four premium products under the name Gaucho Slow-Cooked Meats.
